Welcome to the UMKC - Johnson Hall Maintenance System. This system allows you to generate work orders for maintenance that is required in your unit. When the orders are generated, you have the ability to login and track the status of the request, update current requests, or add notes and information to already generated tickets. To assist you in making your orders as easy as possible, we have added Help/Information to each of the steps in the process. Please include as much information as you can with your request so that your order can be streamlined and completed with the proper personnel. You should have already received your account information. If you have not received this information or if you have misplaced this information, you can either Retrieve Your Username Here or Reset Your Password if you already know your User ID for the Maintenance System. |
